Amending the development agreement with OJC Properties


The Town of Friday Harbor has received a request from OJC Properties to amend the 2014 Development Agreement with the Town of Friday Harbor to increase the allowed density of Tax Parcel Number 351492008000 from 4 units to 5 units.  The subject property is located at 825 Argyle Street, Friday Harbor, Washington.

The Town of Friday Harbor Town Council will hold a PUBLIC HEARING to review the Proponent’s request to amend the 2014 Development Agreement at 12:15 PM on Thursday, February 3, 2022.  Copies of the Staff Report and associated documents are available for public review online at or by contacting the Town’s Community Development Department at 360-378-2810.

The Town of Friday Harbor has received an application for the following project. Written public comments may be mailed, emailed, or personally delivered to the Town using the staff name and contact information provided on this notice. The public comment period for the application is 14 days and the Town will not act upon this application until the comment period has ended. Any person has the right to comment on the proposed application, request to receive notice of and participate in any public hearings (if a hearing is required) and request a copy of the decision once made.

Environmental Review: This proposal is exempt from SEPA pursuant to WAC 197-11-800

Other permits not included in the application: None

Decision Process: This type of land use application is classified as an administrative approval pursuant to FHMC 20.16.010 and does not require a public hearing. A decision on the proposal will be made by the Planning & Community Development Director following the comment period and a notice of the decision will be sent to those parties who comment on this notice. Appeal provisions will be included with the notice of decision.
