Notice is hereby given that the Community Development and Planning Department has received an application for a Planned Residential Development and State Environmental Protection Act Checklist for the following project:

Environmental Review: The proposed project has been reviewed for probable adverse impacts and the Community Development and Planning Department expects to issue a Determination of Non-Significance (DNS) for this project (as described in WAC 197-11-355).  This may be your only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed project.

Existing Environmental Documents: Preliminary Site Plan for Planned Residential Development Application Number 5 dated January 28, 2019; SEPA Checklist dated January 28, 2019; and Stormwater Plan dated January 28, 2019, all submitted by the applicant.

The full application and all associated documents are available for viewing at Town Hall.  Anyone wishing to comment on this proposal is invited to submit written comments by 4:30 p.m. on March 22, 2019.
